After 20+ years in public accounting, I know what it's like to achieve success while losing yourself.

So I rebuilt everything. I stopped shrinking to survive and started leading from alignment. I learned how to advance without erasing myself. And more importantly how to do so without burning out.
And now I teach other women of color to do exactly that.
