For years, I followed the script many ambitious women are taught to follow: work hard, deliver results, keep your head down, and trust that your excellence will speak for itself.

And on paper, it looked like it was working. I built a successful career in corporate and rose in high-stakes environments.

But as a Black Afro-Caribbean immigrant woman, I also knew the pressure of being “the only one” in rooms that expected excellence but were not always built to value difference.

I knew what it meant to overperform, overextend, and sometimes shrink parts of myself to survive.

Eventually, burnout and a health scare forced me to face a truth too many women know intimately:

Success can look good from the outside and still be costing you too much on the inside.

That experience changed everything for me.

I realized that hard work alone is not a strategy. Excellence alone is not enough. Mid-career women of color do not just need more encouragement. We need language for our value, strategic visibility, self-advocacy, and a clear plan for what comes next.

My background in public accounting taught me to think in systems, timelines, and measurable outcomes. That lens shapes how I help women make career moves with precision, not just passion.

Q: What do you mean by mid-career?

Q: What if I can't attend live sessions?

All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, we strongly encourage live attendance for the coaching, feedback, and community. The transformation happens in the room.

Q: How much time will this take each week?

Plan for 3-4 hours per week: 90 minutes for the live session, 60-90 minutes for assignments, and 30 minutes for accountability check-ins. Some weeks are lighter (2 hours), some are heavier (4-5 hours). Your career advancement is worth the investment.

Q: Is this only for women of color?

This program is designed specifically for Black, Latina, Asian, Indigenous, and multiracial women. Then we assess: Was it your positioning, or was it the environment? Sometimes the answer is "position more strategically and try again." Sometimes the answer is "there's no path here, let's shift you to a company that values you." We'll help you figure out which it is and what to do next.
